Brad Lack
Born and raised in Detroit, Brad is grateful to still be involved in his community and successfully helping clients in Real Estate. He attended Bishop Gallagher High School, and completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Business at Northwood University. Brad has been serving clients for over 20 years in various areas of Real Estate. His wife Rachela later joined him in Real Estate and together they built a family business.
In Brad’s spare time, he enjoys golfing with his son Bailey and traveling to Florida in the winter. He also has his license in Florida so he can still do business while he visits. Brad’s long-term goal is to continue growing relationships with his clients. He hopes to one day hand down the family business to their children and stay active as a company consultant. But for now, his days are filled with Real Estate and working hands-on with clients!

Rachela Lack
Rachela is honored to have been selling Real Estate in Michigan for the last 20 years. She left her corporate position and joined her husband Brad to help him in Real Estate. They had three young children still at home but both had the same passion and enjoyed being involved in their communities and helping clients. Fast forward to now, they are still here and have now turned it into a family business. Rachela believes that each of them brings something special to the table to help everyone obtain their goal in Real Estate.
Outside of Real Estate, Rachela spends her time training for endurance events including, Marathons, Ultra Distances and some minor dabbling in Triathlons. When she is not training, she enjoys spending time with her two granddaughters.

Nick Izaguirre
Nick was born and raised on the east side of MI, where he found his passion for playing hockey. After years of playing travel, high school and college hockey, Nick began coaching youth teams in the Grosse Pointe Community. The same commitment and passion Nick has for hockey is the driving factor in his success in Real Estate. Shortly after joining his parents in the business, he became a top producing agent in Real Living Kee. Nick strives to help his clients during all stages of a Real Estate transaction, always keeping in touch well after the deal is done!
When Nick isn’t selling Real Estate, he enjoys golfing, traveling and spending time with his family. Nick and his wife Brooke have two daughters, Olivia and Isabella. They love raising their girls in the same community they both grew up in.

Brooke Izaguirre
Brooke is a graduate of Wayne State University where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing. Her knowledge of technology and creative mind have made her a huge asset to The The Lack Group Team. Outside of the office, Brooke enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and two daughters.
